This model commemorates Hot Wheels designer Philip Riehlman. This dinner car, Rocket Oil, was designed by Philip Riehlman in the year 2000. The tampo was done by Philip Riehlman and the Nationals logo was created by Jerry Thienprasiddhi. Limited to a production of no more than 2,000 units.
