Here is a nice sleek looking Hot Wheels Golden Arrow that was give to staff who attended the Mattel Employee's Association 2003 Holiday Dinner and Dance which was held at Long Beach, California. The car s fully chrome painted with a tinge of Matt black. At the top of the car it has a tampo written "Shaken Not Stirred" to compliment the event theme titled "James Bond". There is also a "003" written on the acrylic in a similar fashion as the "007" of James Bond.
